Comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were excellent and great attention to detail at this property. The owners had thought of everything we would need for a comfortable stay. The range of breakfast supplies was impressive. Although small the property had everything we needed for our stay. Well laid out and exceptional decor. Loved the thought that had gone into providing everything you would need for your stay. The breakfast supplies were exceptional.

We enjoyed the accommodation and Padstow was a lovely place. The breakfast was in the room and adequate everything you needed. Good location only a 10 minute walk to the town and harbour.

Really enjoyed our stay and feel it was great value for money. Plus the hosts gave us early check in by 3 hours!!!

An Excellent Place to Stay in Padstow. We loved the thought that had gone into equipping the room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The snack and breakfast foods were well chosen. It was lovely to have a cafetiere, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. Plus, it was all very clean. Thank you for a great stay.

Great for a couple clean heat location and really nice and helpful owners. Great location and very clean and comfortable. The owners were super helpful and really take care with an eye for detail. Loved they way they did the breakfast where everything was fresh and it was nice doing it ourselves. Great tips on were to park and super friendly and nice when in contact with them.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Early access was really appreciated before my wife finished work. From the minute we moved in and saw the cleanliness of the property and comfort of the bed we were delighted. The bathroom was to a very high standard as was the bedroom and shower easy to use and nice white fluffy towels. No traffic noise was heard due to the off major route location. Cereal / Toast & Jam for b/fast with tea and caffiteir coffee was perfect to start the day.

A perfect stay highly recommended. The property was spotlessly clean and fitted out to a high standard. Easy walking distance to Padstow town and we were fortunate to locate free car parking a few minutes away, the provided continental style breakfast was perfect.
