Exceptional. The room was decorated nicely and had everything we needed for our stay. Really close to the main area, beds comfy, nice bath, lots of options for breakfast to serve self. Really enjoyed our stay and feel it was great value for money. Plus the hosts gave us early check in by 3 hours!!!

Great for a couple clean heat location and really nice and helpful owners. Great location and very clean and comfortable. The owners were super helpful and really take care with an eye for detail. Loved they way they did the breakfast where everything was fresh and it was nice doing it ourselves. Great tips on were to park and super friendly and nice when in contact with them.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Early access was really appreciated before my wife finished work. From the minute we moved in and saw the cleanliness of the property and comfort of the bed we were delighted. The bathroom was to a very high standard as was the bedroom and shower easy to use and nice white fluffy towels. No traffic noise was heard due to the off major route location. Cereal / Toast & Jam for b/fast with tea and caffiteir coffee was perfect to start the day.

An Excellent Place to Stay in Padstow. We loved the thought that had gone into equipping the room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The snack and breakfast foods were well chosen. It was lovely to have a cafetiere, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. Plus, it was all very clean. Thank you for a great stay.

A perfect stay highly recommended. The property was spotlessly clean and fitted out to a high standard. Easy walking distance to Padstow town and we were fortunate to locate free car parking a few minutes away, the provided continental style breakfast was perfect.

Absolutely delightful! Very cozy, beautiful bathtub with small, semi-bright lights in the floor that automatically switch on when you need to use the toilet at night, everything perfectly thought out, the breakfast is great and the landlady is is super helpful.

Cute cosy stay, great location. We stayed here for one night and it was perfect location for a short walk to the high street. Nice quiet location, very cosy and really comfortable bed. The options for breakfast were great!
